To turn your snowfall into rising bubbles you need just two clicks. Replace the image of a snowflake with an image of a bubble, and reverse vertical direction so that your bubbles rise instead of fall.
Needless to say, soap bubbles work just the same way. Just reverse vertical direction once again, slow them down a bit, add a little chaos by tweaking the Noise Factor. If its windy, blow at your bubbles with the Speed X option.
