Folder Synchronization is a free and useful piece of software that provides you with the possibility to synchronize the contents of two different folders any way you like.
Folder Synchronization allows you to copy everything that exists below two different folders into a brand new folder that would contain only the structure of the original folders.

This tool was designed to supply the lack of support for bookmark synchronization that Firefox have. When you export your bookmarks as an HTML file you can only import the whole file. If you use the backup/restore feature you can only replace all bookmarks.
With this tool you can choose which bookmarks you will copy from the file and the ones you wont. This is very useful, mainly when your are using files from friends.
When creating the bookmarks it will search for existing folders with the same hierarchy in the actual browser so the user will not have to reorganize all bookmarks. If the folder is not found, the bookmark will be created in the unfiled folder.
