Foxit Reader 3.1 build 0824 is a free program that gives users view PDF document with incredible small size, breezing-fast launch speed and some other features. Foxit Reader supports Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista. Its core function is compatible with PDF Standard 1.7. Foxit Reader for U3 itself is free. And the add-ons mentioned above are also free.
