Instead of having to open several programs every time you may want to go on the net and check e-mail, web site, newsgroups etc, and you could just click on a single menu item and have all the programs opened automatically.
If you place MultiRunner in your start-up group, then every time you start windows, you will have access to any pre-defined group of programs (or single programs after all there is nothing to stop you from using slots to specify just one program).

The left mousebutton is used to select an item, the right mousebutton is used to move the selection to the next item. You have to choose a row which contains the item you want to select first, then you can choose the item within the row. If a row is accidentally selected you can return to rowselection using the up-arrow.
In order to use the application, the mousecursor should be pointed on the background, not on one of the items on the screen. Just point the mouse somewhere on the white background.
There are three general controls: talk, to speak the text that is entered, backspace to remove the last character, and again to clear the text.
