Gameserver Gadget will display your favorite gameservers directly in the desktop sidebar.

You can display the ping, map, players and server rules directly from the sidebar.

It also allows you to join a server by double clicking on a server or selecting "connect" from the right-click menu.

Additionally you can send servers to friends via Google Talk to invite them to play with you.

The Lineage2 Server Status Widget is a server monitor that tells if the login and game servers of the Lineage2extreme (www.l2extreme.com) "Tempest" server are online.

The Widget fetches data from www.motif.frih.net/l2ss.php and presents it to the user by choosing one out of four pictures (both online, gameserver online, login server online and both offline).

BoxMonitor is a useful Server-Monitor program with an intuitive interface. BoxMonitor is able to check a single specified service-port on a remote server, this means instead of just pinging the entire server you can scan a single service-port like the HTTP at port 80 or a gameserver at port 20100, to check that service-port is running. Most ping programs will only tell you if the server is up or not. Warzone 2100 is a real-time strategy game, developed by Pumpkin Studios (Archived website) and published by Eidos-Interactive.

Although is comparable to Earth2150 in many significant aspects, Warzone 2100 does contain some that are unique. These include various radar technologies, a greater focus on artillery and counter-battery technologies, more frequent in-game cinematic updates as gameplay progress, as well as a different vehicle design method. It was released in 1999 for both PC and Playstation.

Whats New in This Release:

General:
· New: Screenshots are now saved as PNGs for better quality
· Fix: AutoPackage (Linux Installer) should be easier to install now and also work on non Athlon CPUs. It doesnt support playback of MP3s anymore, though.
· Fix: It was possible to disable the computer in singleplayer games
· Fix: Crashes caused by not-loaded file when sound is disabled
· Fix: Crashes after the mission briefing
· Fix: Crash related to the satelite uplink
· Fix: A potential buffer overflow when using longer file names than expected to set the background music

GOIM is a full featured jabber / XMPP client with special features (extensions) for gamers. (e.g. broadcasting a notification when you join a server.. and see which games others play and join them with one click on the game icon beside their name)

GOIM uses the Eclipse Rich Client Plattform as GUI and SMACK as its jabber library.

You can also use GOIM InsideEclipse IDE.

GOIM is still in an early Beta Stage, which means it may contains bugs and misses features.

Here are some key features of "GOIM Gamers Own Instant Messenger":

· Send information about which game is played on which server (This is done by sending a presence with extended information. The information which game on which server will also be visible in the show part, so even people using another client (or icq/msn/..) will see what/where you are playing.
· Current supported games are: Unreal Tournament 2004, Live for Speed, Americas Army, TeamSpeak 2 (not a game, but works the same way)
· Basic Messenging and Presence
· Discover and subscribe to Jabber transports (which allows communication with icq, msn, aim, etc. users)

Whats New in This Release:

· This release includes two new plugins - the InGame Messenger for DirectX 8 games, as well as the GameServer Browser which allows you to query HLSW server lists.

In addition there were many other fixes and enhancements:
· Usability fixes for linux and macOS (including a new chat window which does not use the Browser widget and therefore does not rely on any platform dependent features)
· Added support for jabber File Transfer
· Commands used to launch a game can now be customized
· Fixed bug when autojoining MUC rooms on connecting.
