The game plays like a lighthearted medieval game with a horror movie flavor (think Army of Darkness). You control a knight battling his way through a constantly-changing landscape of graveyards, caves, mountains, and burning towns. Along the way you encounter a remarkable variety of creatures including skull-spewing plants, zombies, and puking trolls. When you take a hit, you lose your armor and have to run around in your undies until you find a new suit (or die). New weapons and armor can be found in chests. You have to be careful though, because some chests contain an evil magician who will turn you into an old man or a duck! The dark graphics and fantastic musical score really create a terrific atmosphere. The game is excruciatingly hard, but at least you get unlimited continues, so you can play all night.

Ghost-It 1.03 is located in the system tray, and lets you turn windows into ghost windows. A ghost window is translucent and will always appear on top of other windows. When a ghost window loses the input focus, it remains translucent and always on top, but all clicks will pass right through it like it wasn't even there--until it becomes the active window again, either by clicking on the window's taskbar icon, or by pressing a user-defined hot key. Ghost windows are very special windows. First of all, a ghost window is translucent, meaning you can see through it to whatever is underneath. Secondly, a ghost window will always appear on top of other windows.
Thirdly, when a ghost window loses the input focus, it remains translucent and always on top, but all clicks will pass right through it like it wasnt even there?until it becomes the active window again.
Double-clicking its tray icon (a ghost) will turn the mouse cursor into a ghost. If you then left-click on a window with the ghost cursor, it will turn that window into a ghost window. Right-clicking on the tray icon and selecting Un-Ghost will turn the mouse cursor into a ghost with a slash through it.
If you then left-click on a ghost window with this cursor, it will turn that window back into a normal window. Selecting Un-Ghost All from the tray menu will automatically un-ghost all ghosted windows. Exiting the program will automatically un-ghost all ghosted windows.
There are two ways to make a ghost window the active window again.
The first is by clicking the windows icon in the taskbar, the second is by moving the mouse over the window you wish to make active, and pressing the hot key defined in the Ghost-It! configuration dialog (the default hot key is Ctrl+Alt+A).
