TimeCult 0.8.2 is a professional but easy-to-use utility which will manage and export your projects, tasks, and schedules.

TimeCult allows to create a hierarchy of projects and tasks, collect time metrics, quickly estimate used time per any project/task for a given time period, exchange data with Microsoft Excel and/or OpenOffice.org Calc. Keeps a detailed history of used time for any task along with comments on what has been done.

Major Features:

1. Manage Project and Tasks
   • Create a hierarchy of projects, subprojects and tasks.
   • Add any detailed comments to a project or task.
   • At any time change task state to one of the following: in progress, finished, cancelled.
   • Flag tasks which need attention (since version 0.5.1). Browse flagged items.
2. Collect Time Metrics
   • Measure time spent for a task in real time. Several timers can be used if needed.
   • Keep detailed records of used time and comments on what has been done.
   • Quickly get a summary of time spent for each of projects, tasks over a specified period of time: one day, current week, month or year. Just click to a filter name to change a time scope.
3. Exchange Data With Other Applications
   • Export data to a comma-separated (CSV) format understood by MS Excel and many other applications.
   • Copy and paste data from Time Log (journal) or from Summary to MS Excel or OpenOffice.org Calc.
   • Directly work with TimeCult XML file from other applications.

Enhancements

• Fixed: export to CSV of task name misses text qualifier (bug #2724981).
• Fixed: correct time calculations when start/end time of some records in journal do not belong to the same day (bugs #2107359, #2494172). When a filter is applied some records in the journal may be displayed as partial (filtered) showing only time which fits the currently selected filter.
• Fixed: wrong boundary time set for quick time sheet (visible only for those cases where start/end time are close to midnight).
• Fixed: if there are two tasks with the same name, only one of them is shown.
• More messages translated to German.

Money Meter helps you track the average employee expense, per second, over a given period of time.
Money Meter is a simple utility that was inspired by countless unnecessary corporate meetings, and is best used for that purpose. With a highly configurable user interface you can determine how bold of a statement you want to make.
To adjust Money Meters settings, choose Configure from the right-click main screen. You may change the amount of personnel involved, as well as the average salary for those individuals. Hours per week and weeks worked per year may also be adjusted as necessary. For management we have added an option to write the data collected to command delimited file for importing into Access or Excel.
