OneFiler 2.1.1 is an application which is able to store the messages in your Outlook Inbox to your company database. In addition, it's customizable and operates with any OLE DB or ODBC compliant database. You can use OneFiler as a mailbox archiver, or to "file" a message into the notes for a particular contact in your CRM package.
OneFiler works by installing a toolbar that will work inside the users Outlook application. When an e-mail comes in, the user simply clicks the File E-mail button and the message is instantly sent to a Web Service, where its evaluated and stored inside your system. It's a scalable solution for any size organization.
