Heres how to save them to the right location when you add new recipe boxes to your PC:
First, make sure that BigOven or BigOven InspiredCooking Deluxe is installed, but not currently running.

Take a moment to inspect the "RBox" subfolder of your "My BigOven Recipes" folder that you found in the step above. This is how all recipe boxes must be saved to your PC for BigOven to be able to work with them. They are all at the same "level", or depth, in the directory.<<less

After you figure it out you may find that you really are running on empty.
I grabbed a box of non-sugared Raisin Bran. It said there were 19 grams of sugar in one cup of cereal. There are 4.2 grams of granulated sugar for each teaspoon. So in each cup of my Raisin Bran there are 4.5 teaspoons of sugar. That?s a lot of sugar for a non-sugared cereal.
When you go to the store to buy things look at the grams of sugar listed on the item and divide by four and you will discover how many teaspoons of sugar you are eating with each serving. It will amaze you!
I have a couple of items in my kitchen that make eating a good breakfast really easy for me: A Manual Wheat Grinder and a K Tec Grain Mill. In a couple of minutes and a cup of wheat kernels or dried corn I can make myself some delicious cereal. If I want some light pancakes or waffles, my K Tec Grain Mill quickly makes a very light, smooth, wheat flour that is about the best I have ever eaten. I cook up any extra pancake mix and put the pancakes into a plastic Ziploc bag and eat them for snacks. They are great! To keep the sugar levels down I use fresh fruit as a topping.
By using my Manual Wheat Grinder and a K Tec Grain Mill, I am using the natural unrefined wheat or corn without stripping them of their natural goodness. My Grain Mill will mill all dry grains including corn, wheat, rice, barley, and oats. Oily soy beans turn into nutritious, high protein flour and hard popcorn kernels transform into beautiful yellow flour bursting with flavor.

There are four different grains. When you press freeze, the audio goes into the four grains/buffers. There is an envelope to control the shape of the grain and to smooth the sound. You can set a different length for each grain and also delay the time at which the buffer is stored.
You can also create a fade so that the frozen audio gradually appears. An lfo can control the pan for each grain. Also the midi notes will be able to trigger the freeze.
Grainfreeze is a vst effect. First set the envelope for the grain. The Attack, Hold and Decay are all calculated as a percentage of the grain length so for reliable results make sure the total envelope isnt over 100%.
A led shows when you have gone over. Now set the desired lengths for the grains and the seperation (the time between each grain). The leds will show you when each grain starts. Press freeze or send a midi note to the plugin to start the process. If you want the effect to come on gradually, adjust the fade time.

- For high density and duration values, over one hundred grains can be playing at the same time. Playing over 100 voices simultaneously requires a lot of CPU resources. The CPU load is displayed as a percentage in the title bar of Granulators window. This value is refreshed every second.

Random numbers acquired with this software fall in 2 categories:
A - True Random Numbers
This category of numbers are retrieved from an on online source at http://www.random.org. Random.org uses atmospheric noise to produce true random numbers. The rate of production at about 1.8 MB per hour is not very high, but above other web sources we were able to find.
This means that we must not abuse the site resources with this software and a few measures have been taken, namely:
- You have to register the application to be able to use it to retrieve data from Random.org. Your email address is sent as User-Agent during the connection. Random.org logs User-Agents and is able to block any persona non-grata.
- An ad hoc download limit of 16384 bytes per day has been established.
When you generate passwords or numbers for lotto games selecting the Random.org option , the software will download more bytes than required. The unused bytes are added to a first in-first out Pool of true random numbers.
You can use this Pool to generate passwords and numbers for lotto games.
The Pool, when exists, is used as well to generate the seed for the Mersenne Twister PRNG. With the usage, the Pool decreases because values withdrawn are removed from the Pool.
B - Cryptographically Secure Pseudo-Random Number Generators (CSPRNG)
Random Labs includes 2 of the most strong CSPRNG:
- CryptoMT was developed by Makoto Matsumoto and Takuji Nishimura, authors of the well known Mersenne Twister PRNG.
CryptoMT is based on Mersenne Twister (MT), a PRNG with a period of 219937-1. Despite its gigantic period, MT is unsuitable for cryptographic purposes.
The reason is simple, it is possible to determine all future states of the generator from the state the generator has at any given time, and either 624 32-bit outputs, or 19,937 one-bit outputs are sufficient to provide that state.
CryptoMT works on the output of MT in such a way that there is no way to reconstruct the original sequence of values.
In addition, our version of MT is initialized with a seed array of 8 dwords, each dword taken from the Pool (if exists) of true random numbers.
Except for the most paranoid cases, CryptoMT can be used as a substitute for a TRNG for all sorts of applications involving random numbers.
- CryptoAPI is a Microsoft API (application programming interface) that provides cryptography related services, including the generation of cryptographic quality pseudo random numbers. For some people, security related developments with the seal of Microsoft are to be regarded with a grain of salt, so if you do not trust Microsoft then use the CryptoMT instead.
Some entropy is gathered from the PC system and used for calling the CryptoAPI, this is not strictly necessary according to Microsoft but provides an additional random seed.
