Black Guard is an easy-to-use, smart, reliable and powerful utility that can aid system administrators in searching for unblocked websites. The tables it generates can be exported to CSV files for further convenience.
Black Guard relies on Yahoo to operate. It searches for the phrases specified by the user, then extracts the URLs from the search results.
Black Guard can then test each one of these (if so desired) to check whether it is blocked, returns an error page, or is available and open to use. These results can then be exported to a CSV (comma seperated values) file, then opened in almost all common spreadsheet packages.
It seems that everyone now knows about PHProxies. For those who dont, the PHProxy script is one that provides an anonymous, easy to use proxy service to anonymously access websites, or bypass web blocking software.
This might be great for personal use, but it can be a nightmare for network administrators to keep all these sites under check, and have them all blocked.

As of version 1.3, the program can also search for anything using Yahoo search - it will still search for PHProxies by default, but any search can be specified, and these results will be extracted and examined in the exact same way that the PHProxy results are examined in.
