Natural Hair Smoothers:
Frizz Controller:
1/2 cup conditioner
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon almond oil
1. Mix all ingredients, blending well;
2. Spray hair with water mister to dampen it;
3. Work mixture through hair thoroughly;
4. Leave on for 20 minutes;
5. Shampoo.
Frizz Control for Curly Hair:
1 small aloe vera leaf
1. Snip off end of leaf and apply a dollop of aloe vera gel to palm;
2. Work through hair to ends.
Ice Cube Frizz Control:
Ice cube
1. Place an ice cube on top of a section of hair;
2. Hold it in place with cupped hands, one placed under the hair, the other over the ice cube;
3. Pull the ice cube down the hair shaft, from top to bottom of the head;
4. This can be done on wet or dry hair;
5. Rinsing the hair with very cold water has the same effect.
Fly-Away and Static Control:
Natural hand lotion
1. Apply a small dab of natural hand lotion to the palm of your hand;
2. Rub hands together and apply to roots of hair.

· Wash your hair as frequently as you need to and always use appropriate shampoo and conditioner.
· Never comb wet hair. Dry it out gently and then remove the tangles without using undue pressure.
· Always use a soft brush with correctly spaced bristles.
· Keep your combs and brushes scrupulously clean.
· Try not to backcomb, pull your hair into a tight knot or try very unconventional styles that involve twisting and tugging your hair, unless its necessary.
· Always massage your scalp and brush your hair with
firm, gentle strokes before you go to bed every night.
· If you have undue hair loss, dandruff or any other persistent hair-related problem, check with your doctor to see if you have hormonal imbalance, scalp infection, disease or are suffering from physical, emotional or environmental stress. Then follow the course of treatment the doctor prescribes.
· Double-check any product you use on your hair. Ask your beauty parlor assistant about the hair bleach, coloring etc., she is going to use on you, and if it has any effects... now or later.
· Before going to a party, wash, condition and blow-dry your hair. Then set it into any style that suits the shape of your face and the dress youre going to wear.
· Drink plenty of water in summer and gulp down some fresh vegetable and fruit juices to improve hair from within. Follow a protein-packed diet.

1. Simmer nettles in three cups of water;
2. Strain;
3. Rub into hair and scalp every other night for soft, shiny hair;
4. Keep refrigerated.
Olive Oil Hair Lotion :

1. Combine 4 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons honey in a glass jar with a lid
2. Shake until well blended;
3. Let mixture sit for 3 to 4 days, and shake it occasionally;
4. Rub mixture evenly into dry hair;
5. Wrap hair in plastic wrap, letting set for at least an hour;
6. Shampoo as usual.
Sugar Hair Lotion:
1 teaspoon Sugar
1. Dissolve 1 teaspoon sugar in 1 cup warm water;
2. Apply to damp hair before styling.
Vegetable Oil Hair Lotion:
Vegetable oil
Egg
1. Mix together 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and 1 egg;
2. Apply to hair;
3. Let set for about an hour;
4. Shampoo as usual.
