Hardware Access Console 1 is a software for you to enter several hardware devices and functions under Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP operating systems. It is free. The program interface is in console mode and will be more easy to use for all the people experienced in use the famous debug.exe software distributed with each version of MS-DOS.

At the moment has been implemented a base set of commands for make the main operations to read/write from/to memory or to I/O ports but it will be possible to have some more features in the next version of the program.
