codec for image processing more>> This codec probably wont be all that useful to anyone who isnt involved in developing image processing or compression/decompression software. YV12 is a planar YCbCr 4:2:0 image format, and is often used as an intermediate format by reference codecs such as the ISO/IEC MPEG-4 video decoder reference code. Its not a very good choice for end users, because it doesnt really compress video that much, and it stores pixel data in a manner thats not particularly convenient for playback.
That said, you might find this codec useful if youre a developer working in image processing. As mentioned above, YV12 is a planar format, meaning that for each image, the luma data for all pixels is stored consecutively, followed by the chroma data - this method of accessing pixel components is convenient for many image processing techniques.
The YV12 QuickTime Codec consists of an image decompressor component, an image compressor component, a movie importer component, and a movie exporter component.<<less

Docvert is a web service software that takes word files (typically .doc) and converts them to OpenDocument and clean HTML The resulting OpenDocument is then optionally converted to HTML or any XML. This is done with XML Pipelines, an approach that supports XSLT, breaking up content over headings or sections, and saving those results to multiple files (e.g., chapter1.html, chapter2.html?).
The result is returned in a .zip file.
Docvert has a user-friendly interface, and its easy to integrate with other software as it uses a simple REST-style interface. Its released under the LGPL so although its open source theres no legal problems developing proprietary software ontop of it. The XML produced is easier to understand and more structured than the WordML or .DOC formats.
Docvert builds upon the work of several word processors such as OpenOffice.org, Abiword, and soon KOffice.
Docvert is very grateful to benefit from their years of reverse engineering work. OpenDocument (also known as ODF) is ISO/IEC 26300, an international ISO standard. Docvert benefits greatly from having this standard.

Pascal to C/C++ converter more>> This is yet another Pascal to C/C++ converter. The primary idea of this converter is to produce readable and supportable code which preserves style of original code as far as possible.
Converter recognizes Pascal dialects which are compatible with Turbo Pascal 4.0/5.0 and ISO Pascal standard - IEC 7185:1990(E) (including conformant arrays). At this moment it was tested with Turbo Pascal, Oregon Pascal, Sun Pascal and HP Pascal.
Converter can produce both C++ and C output. Using of C++ language allows to encapsulate some Pascal types and constructions into C++ classes. So mapping between Pascal and C++ becomes more direct then between Pascal and C. I use C++ templates to implement Pascal arrays and files. Special template classes are used for conformant arrays. C++ like streams are used to implement Pascal IO routines. The same runtime library is used both for C and C++.
Now PtoC recognizes Turbo Pascals extensions, such as units, strings, some special types and operations. Turbo Pascal extensions are supported only for C++ language.
At this moment PtoC successfully converts more than 400,000 lines of Oregon Pascal to C (from RSX to OpenVMS). To test C++ translation and conversion of Turbo Pascal extensions I convert BGIDEMO.PAS and LISTER.PAS files from Turbo Pascal distribution and also convert some numeric programs written on Turbo Pascal by my friends. To check quality of conversion please look in file bgidemo.cxx which was produces from original Borland bgidemo.pas without any manual changes. Moreover it is possible to compile it, link with WinBGI library and run it under Windows or X-Windows.<<less

Nemus is an accurate, efficient, and portable Nintendo Entertainment System emulator. The application is written in C++ and conforms to the ISO/IEC 14882 standard.
Nemus is an attempt to bridge a gap in the NES emulator scene by offering an emulator that significantly improves the whole emulation experience.
Currently, Nemus features hardware accelerated bi-linear and anistropic filtering of the NES display, and multi-sample, full-screen antialiasing is being scheduled for implementation in the next release.
Furthermore, a sound font or kit system is being planned for the NES sound channels in an attempt to create amazingly high-quality sound on the NES. Of course, Nemus will always support un-filtered, original quality emulation, so those content in the untainted look wont feel left out.
Additionally, Nemus attempts to accurately emulate the NES at all costs - even if it does mean a somewhat slower emulator.
The rationale behind this is that in todays world, computers are more than fast enough to emulate the NES accurately.

The RV-Media Jpeg2000 SDK is software development kit intended to enable programmers and prosumers to develop applications based on Jpeg2000 standart. SDK contains implementation of Jpeg2000 decoder and encoder(in future versions), Image Processing Library, Sample applications. SDK is available with low level C and easy-to-use C++ API.
Current implementation of Jpeg2000 decoder is fully compatible with ADV202 hardware Jpeg2000 encoder.

Components of this SDK:
Jpeg 2000 Codec:
Implementation of Jpeg 2000 decoder and encoder (in future versions). Support decoding of Jpeg 2000 images, decoding previews with custom size (thumbnails), extracting image info etc. Meets to ISO/IEC 15444-1 specification and can be used for decoing Analog Devices ADV202 streams.
BMP Codec:
Implementation of Windows Bitmap codec.
Image Processing Library:
Contains base capabilities for image processing.
C++ Base Classes:
Set of C++ classes for simplify using of RV-Media codecs.
Sample applications:
ConsoleDecoder - batch mode Jpeg2000 decoder, ImageBrowser - simple image browser for Jpeg2000 and BMP images, Image Viewer - simple Jpeg2000 viewer with base image transforming functionality.
