Install Creator is a very easy to use and professional tool to create software installations.
It offers a wizard interface that lets you select the files to include in the package, specify installation paths, add license agreements etc. and then compiles the complete installation package for you into a compressed EXE.
With Install Creator you can add custom icons, logos and text and also use the configuration interface to define additional options, which include optional OCX, REG, DLL and TLB registrations, installation of fonts, desktop shortcuts and more.
Install Creator can also include a complete uninstall option.

When burned to the root of a CD, Install-It will automatically launch when the CD is inserted and display a list of program setup files which have been burned onto the CD.

Install Builder is a freeware standalone program that will allow novice users to create setup cabinets for Pocket PC and Smart Phone. Install Builder uses a simple ini file to store project settings, you can use simple editors like notepad to edit the ini file.
The setup cabinet contains binary encoded and xml installation files plus all application files. It supports two installation mode (ActiveSync --> PPC, PPC --> PPC). The setup cabinet can copy files, make shortcuts and add registry keys.
Install Builder generates the installation file (encoded&xml) directly, so it does not require CABWIZ.EXE, however it does require CABARC.exe (one of the file in MS Cabinet SDK) to create cabinet file, you can obtain it here.
