Internode Monthly Usage Meter 6.5i
A free Windows utility designed primarily to monitor download usage more>> The Internode Monthly Usage Meter (MUM) is a free Windows utility designed primarily to monitor download usage for anyone on an Internode broadband plan. Usage information is updated automatically every hour with data retrieved directly from Internodes webserver. (MUM does not monitor usage for dial-up users nor does she monitor usage for other internet providers.)
When MUM is running, an icon will appear in the notification area of the taskbar. This icon has a number under a coloured bar. This number displays how much of your download allowance you have left (as a percentage). The colour of the bar indicates whether your current downloading rate is within budget (see below).
Broadband Page:
Once MUM has been installed and configured, most of the immediately useful broadband information will be displayed on MUMs Broadband page.
Network Page:
The Internet IP is the address that other internet sites see as your PCs address (ie the PC thats running MUM). If you arent running MUM from your Internode broadband connection then this address wont be the same as the address of your broadband account.
If your PC has more than one network adaptor, make sure you choose the adaptor that connects your PC to the internet.
The network adaptor speed indicators and chart will be activated whenever the Network Page is visible and will display current traffic flow through the selected network adaptor. (When other MUM pages are selected or when MUM is minimized, these speed indicators are disabled to prevent unnecessarily wasting computer processing resources.)<<less

OptusNet Usage Meter 2.0.2 is designed to help you see how much of your monthly download limit you have used just by looking at an icon in the system tray. Much quicker then logging into the Optus site. If you click on the tray icon, you view more detail of your usage, including how far through the month you are, total mega bytes.
