Online Photo Frames is a totally free PHP software tool designed to do two things: 1) Add very cool frames to images, code, flash movies, or whatever else is on your web page and 2) Do it without requiring a big extra download for your web site visitors. This is accomplished by using small images and CSS. Its much quicker to implement, and faster to download than adding frames through Photoshop or another graphical editor.
Most web hosts offer PHP as a default service, so installing Online Photo Frames is easy. Just download, unzip, upload and then follow some simple instructions you can find in the README file to add frames to any element in your web page.
These frames utilize CSS to insure that your visitors dont have much extra overhead. PhotoStamper application was designed to be a small tool that will add a date/time stamp to your jpeg photos. You can decide which corner of the photo to put the stamp in, as well as configuring the font size. It currently uses the last modified date of the file as the timestamp.

Version restrictions:
- Unlike some of the commercial tools this photo stamer will result in a small reduction in image quality as the whole jpeg will be recompressed after the date/time stamp is applied. The difference with the original is very small so you probably wont even notice.
