Mail Manager 2.68 is the completely great software for sending and receiving E-mail. Along with basic functions as mail soft, can use SMTP over SSL and POP over SSL to improve security. Supports SMTP Authentication (SMTP-AUTH) by CRAM-MD5, LOGIN, PLAIN, and supports APOP Authentication. Supports RFC2231 format as an encoding method of the file name. - Import: Imports a mail message of the eml format to a selected folder of this software.
- Export: Exports a selected mail message of this software as a message of the eml format.
- Compact Data File: ompacts the file that saved the mail data.
- Delete Temporary Files: Deletes temporary files that were made by this software.
- Exit: Closes the software.
- New: Creates a new folder.
- Delete: Deletes a folder. The folder that was deleted is moved in the Trash Box. If a folder in the Trash Box is deleted, it is completely deleted.
- Rename: Renames a folder. ( Cannot change a name of the system folder )
- Sort All Folders: Sorts all folders. ( The system folder is not sorted )
- Sort Current Folder: Sorts current folders. ( The system folder is not sorted )
- Empty Trash Box: Deletes completely mail and folders that is in the Trash Box.

- Forward: Creates forward mail.
- Reedit: Reedits mail. ( Cannot reedit received mail )
- Send and Receive: Executes sending and receiving.
- Send: Sends mail.
- Receive: Receives mail.
- Break Send and Receive: Breaks send and receive.
- Set to Opened State: Sets received mail to the opened state. A text of the message list is changed to the normal font.
- Set to Unopened State: Sets received mail to the unopened state. A text of the message list is changed to the bold font.
- Open Attachments: Opens selected attachments.
- Save Attachments: Saves selected attachments.
- Delete Attachments: Deletes selected attachments.
- Develop Attached Message: Develops it, if selected attachment is a mail message.
- Delete Mail: Deletes mail. The mail that was deleted is moved in the Trash Box. If mail in the Trash Box is deleted, it is completely deleted.
- Display Source Message: Displays a source message of mail.
- Reload From Source Message: Reloads the source message of selected mail, updates the data file of this software.
- Setup: Opens the dialog for setup. Sets the information about the user, the mail server and so on by this dialog.
- Address Book: Opens the Address Book.
- Begin Dialup Connection: Begins dialup connection.
- End Dialup Connection: Ends dialup connection.
- Readme: Opens the Readme file.
- Check Latest Release: Checks whether updated software exists.
- Asterworld: Displays the web site of Asterworld.
- About: Displays the About dialog.

All messages can be divided into 4 categories:
Normal
Approved - messages from your friends, colleagues etc.
Spam - unneeded messages that can be deleted
Dangerous - messages with viruses (for future use)
Filter rules can mark any message as one of these categories. Later on you can delete all spam messages at once after you sure that all filters works correctly.
The other use of filters is to change notify sound or disable notify for some messages. Now Mail Monitor can say whatever message you want!!<<less
