Mail::Addressbook::Convert::Utilities is a Perl module for addressbook conversion.

SYNOPSIS

This module is not designed to be used by the user.
It provides utility methods with for Mail::Addressbook::Convert

Add legal disclaimers, company branding and signatures to your email: Attach text and images to any incoming, outgoing or internal email. Additionally, using fields from the Active Directory, the added text can automatically be highly personalized. Auto-responder: Set up automatic server-based replies to emails. These can be simple out-of-office notifications or automated replies to email queries, complete with file attachments and full HTML formatting Mail blocking and redirection: Block or redirect email before it reaches the intended recipient. By integrating with the Active Directory, and with a simple yet powerful rule-based system, you can change the behavior of each feature based on the senders and recipients.

PST Utilities description
Updates source files with output files on the same computer or on the networked computer. PST Utilities has easy packages of utilities to manage problems. It synchronizes (updates) mails. It compresses and removes threaded mails.

This appplication also ensures that duplicate mails are removed. The selected mails can be flagged for follow up actions. Mail backup is also possible. All these options are available for use with MS Outlook as plug-ins.

· Easy way to keep the data up-to-date
PST Utilities keeps MS Outlook settings and data from mails, calendar, tasks and contacts in personal files that have pst extension. The program updates these source files with output files on the same computer or on the networked computer.

A schedule can be made to synchronize the data on regular basis. All the utilities used have been provided as plug-ins on the MS Outlook tool bar for easy accessing and managing the job.

Their number may also be very high, so the utility, PST Utilites, presents them in a group in chronological order to make it easy for you to back track the conversation.

· An easy way to delete all the duplicate email
Restoring backup, wrong setting of Outlook rules and multiple running of Outlook cause the same mails to come back again and again. To avoid these duplication, PST Utilities checks all folders for mails with same sender, same subject, same date and time. Then it either deletes them or moves them to a backup folder.

Windows GUI application used to notify user on new private messages and to help you to attract visitors who will become your stable customers. Application has very simple user interface that everyone can understand.
When application is started new icon is added to the system tray. If there are unread mail messages in the users mail box icon starts to animate in the tray. Amount of new mails is displayed in the tool tip over a tray icon. Icon will be animated until user will click left mouse button on the icon or read all the new mail.
