NetSend.exe is NOT a wrapper for the Windows NT command net.exe. Net Send Message is a useful and complete executable that gives you the opportunity to send a message to any PC that is running the Messenger service.

This application was written by me as I needed to send broadcast messages and emergency user messages to specific users or PCs.

NetSend allows you to pick from Windows domain and network users or specifiy a user or IP address. NetSend is a handy network administrators tool and it is freeware!

The Set Sent Message Category script will set the category of a sent message to the same as that of its first TO recipient that is a contact in your Address Book.

It can run automatically on all replies from an Outgoing Rule, so that sent messages now show categories automatically just like received messages do when you have that preference set.

Select one or more mail messages and activate the Send selected messages to kGTD script, and the messages will be sent to your Kinkless GTD file! It also parses the message s subject just like the Quicksilver action.

This script can also be attached to a rule (or activated with Mail Act-On) to set up a particular mail alias which is always added to kGTD. Then you can IM yourself a reminder from the road and be confident that it will end up in your Kinkless task list.

Net Send Lite is a small utility that uses the existing Microsoft Messaging Service to send network messages.

With Net Send Lite you can send messages to a specific username, computer name, ip address or the entire domain/workgroup on your network.

Simply click on Add/Edit Users to create a usernames.txt file, then select the name from the list and click send. Its as simple as that!

Net Send Lite includes many options, such as the option to include a footer on every message, canned messages, goto URL within message, copy message contents, save the last user sent to, clear the message after sending, set the ENTER key to send the message by default and more.

One of the downfalls of using Microsofts "net send" is that when a user receives a message it says it was FROM the computername. As you know, the computername is not always informative to users.

Net Send Lite allows you to resolves the senders login username, use the computername or specify any name you want as the FROM in the message.

There is NO client installation required for users to receive messages. Its already built into the operating system, however users must be running Windows NT, 2000, 2003 or XP and have the Messaging Service started.

Net Message is a small tool to send messages across the network, using the Windows Messenger Service NetMSG Send is a small and easy-to-use utility designed to send messages across the network, using the Windows Messenger Service, so there is no client install required to receive the messages. But NetMsg Send is more than just a GUI for Net Send.

Additional features include Message interception, history of sent and received messages, alias support, blocked senders, sound notifications and more. The program can also be started from the commandline to send bulk messages to recipients from a text file.

What makes NetMSG Send different from most other messengers is that it works on the full range of Windows products (Windows9x), it does not consume a lot of system resources.

Also, NetMSG Send supports sending of huge messages, such as long documents, by splitting them in multiple files, and joining them back together. Net Message detects where a received message came from, so you can easily reply to it.

Net message is very small and does not use any special runtime libraries, uses Win32 api.

You can also make the messages appear like they are being sent from a different computer.

Send Personally description
Sends messages to many recipients personally in Outlook 2000-2007 Add-in Send Personally (SPE) is designed to send messages to a great number of recipients via Microsoft Outlook 2000-2007.

Add-in offers an alternative method of sending messages from Outlook, separate message being created for each recipient.

The final recipient will get no information about the other recipients. Moreover, he/she will see only his/her name and address in the "To" field, as if the message was sent only to him/her. Send Personally is a tool that sends messages to a big number of recipients.

The main problem with sending messages through Outlook is that Outlook shows all the recipients in the message heading.

If the recipient list is relatively small, this doesnt result in any considerable inconvenience. However, if a message is sent to hundreds of recipients, its heading size might many times exceed the size of the message text and all attachments thereto.

Send Personally offers an easy solution for the problem. And you wont need to perform any additional actions. The only thing you will have to do is to press the button "Send Personally" instead of the standard "Send" button (you will find it next to the latter).

With Send Personally, no special setup procedures are needed: it is ready to use right upon installation.

You can use macros (special expressions automatically replaced by recipients personal data when sending a message) in message text. Using the macros, you can insert recipients name, e-mail address, as well as the name of Outlook distribution list containing his/her address at the moment of sending, into a message.

When creating a message, you can choose addresses to be excluded from the distribution list. To do that, simply create a new Outlook distribution list which name starts with the word "exclude", add the addresses to be excluded into that list, and enter the list name along with the others into the "To" field of the message being created.

!SEND is a special utility designed to create a connection between a folder on your computer and an email address on the Web.
The connection works in a way that any number of files/folders added to that folder will be instantly compressed in zip format and emailed to the addresses you configure for that folder.

HOW IT WORKS? MacOS X has a special feature called FOLDER ACTION. Based on this cool feature of MacOS X, we have built !SEND! Imagine that you are working on a project with 20 other guys. During this project you have to send them, constantly, files thru email. Than, you create anywhere on your system a folder called JOBS and define that this folder must be linked to the email addresses of all the guys on the project with you. During the configuration, you specify a custom email title and body message.
Now, any number of files you drop on folder JOBS are instantly compressed in ZIP format and sent to all the emais you defined!!!!
