Do you need to send important documents to a client? Is the speed of email communications desirable? Have you given up trying to get your client to implement a complex public key or certificate-based email encryption system? If so, MessageLock can help! MessageLock is an email encryption and file compression add-in for Microsoft Outlook, versions 2007/2003/XP/2000.
Your private email message are not so private. When attached to an email, your files (pictures, documents, videos, etc) and message may as well be printed on a postcard as they travel across the internet to their intended recipient. History has proven that unsecured messages can be intercepted, redistributed, published, and tampered with, sometimes with serious consequences.
Introducing MessageLock(TM) by Encryptomatic llc - Quite possibly the worlds easiest to use sender-to-recipient email security solution. MessageLock provides 1-click encryption of email messages and attachments within Microsoft Outlook, combining strong U.S. Govt approved AES-256 bit encryption with the nearly universal compatibility of the Zip file utliity. MessageLock delivers encryption and compression for your message and/or file attachments, protecting your data while it is traveling across your intranet and the internet.
MessageLock gives you a choice of encryption methods, from super-strong AES-256 bit, to AES-128 bit, and the weak but highly compatible Zip-2.0 algorithm.
To use MessageLock, all you do is associate an email address with a password, a process that takes just seconds. Or, just go ahead and send an encrypted email -- if MessageLock cant find the password to use, it will ask you for a password and then remember it for the next you send to this email address.
If MessageLock is installed at receivers end, the message can be decrypted immediately upon receipt and displayed as a regular message. The only difference is a single line of text at the bottom of the message that alerts the reader that this message was transmitted securely.
If the receiver does not have MessageLock, they can still decrypt the zip file if they have the password, and any zip utility that supports the encryption method used. WinZip 10.0 or the free TugZip utility can both decrypt AES-256.
Major Features:
- MessageLock uses strong AES-256 bit encryption to protect your messages.
- MessageLock uses password-based encryption, and is much easier to implement than complex public key infrastructures.
- MessageLock makes it simple to send encrypted messages or file attachments on on a regular or occasional basis. It’s perfect for securing email to small businesses or clients, and doesn’t require the recipient to install special software.
- MessageLock lets you send the recipient a file that will self-decrypt when the correct password is entered. It will also work with common zip utilities (such as WinZip) that support AES encryption.
- MessageLock integrates email encryption and a zip file compression into Outlook, and provides single-click encryption of email messages and attachments within Microsoft Outlook. To use MessageLock, just click the Encrypt Email button and send your email.
- If MessageLock can't find a password for the recipient, it prompt you for a password. If you wish, MessageLock can store the password and then remember it the next you send to this email address. If the recipient has MessageLock installed, the message can be decrypted immediately upon receipt and displayed as a regular message.
Enhancements: Added ability select all methods as default encryption methods.

“Get MicrosoftTM OutlookTM to Look Up Zip Codes for All of Your Contacts!”
With GetZipsTM, You"ll Never Have an Invalid Zip Code Again!Look up US Zip Codes from Inside Outlook! If you use Microsoft Outlook but hate the fact that you have to look up zip codes manually, we have a solution for you! GetZips installs as an Outlook Addin and appears as an extra toolbar on each contact"s detail window. Simply open a contact (or create a new one), click the Get Zip Code or Validate Address button. GetZips then goes out to the internet on your behalf, performs a number of address lookups, then automatically updates your contact"s address with the correct Zip Code. It can even validate a zip code or address you already have!
GetZips in ActionIn the first picture below, you can see that we have created a new contact named John Doe. We have his address, but are unsure of the zip code. Therefore, we let GetZips take care of it for us. Note the toolbar in the upper-right corner with the Get Zip Code button highlighted.
When we click the Get Zip Code button, GetZips does its magic. Almost instantly the correct zip code is automatically entered for us, as show in the screen shot below.
In addition to looking up the zip code automatically, GetZips will also validate the entire address simply by clicking the Validate Address button. There are two things worth noting about validating addresses. First of all, the period character will be removed from the street abbreviation. Had the original name been "street" it would have automatically been changed to ST. Validate Address automatically changes all street names (and even some cities and towns!) to the official USPS standard.
Features- Integrates with OutlookTM 2003 and 2007
- Loads as a toolbar inside each contact window
- Looks up zip codes for any valid US Address
- Validates addresses and alters abbreviations and punctuation to USPS standards
- Look up zip codes or validate an entire batch of addresses (or even your entire contacts list) with a single click!

ADX Extensions for Outlook 1.0 is a plug-in included in Add-in Express packages that allows you to change Microsoft Outlook forms and folder views by embedding feature-rich forms into the Advanced Microsoft Outlook Regions. Therefore, you can design custom forms and views in Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2002 (XP), 2003, and 2007 both programmatically and in design-time.
The Add-in Express Extensions adds several new features to Outlook forms regions and supports regions on all Outlook versions. Now you can easily extend Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2003, 2002 (XP) and 2000 with your custom forms and views in C# and VB.NET.
The ADX Extensions for Outlook is based on the Outlook windows architecture and helps you create a custom Outlook folder view and custom Outlook forms in a more comfortable way than the Digital Dashboard technology (Outlook Today) or Windows API. Now you can use any .NET and VCL forms, controls and components (such as grids, editors and tree-views) on the Outlook Explorer and Outlook Inspector windows like form regions provides by Outlook 2007.
Advanced Outlook Regions work on all Microsoft Outlook versions
- The Advanced Microsoft Outlook Regions work for all Microsoft Outlook versions including Microsoft Outlook 2007, Outlook 2003, 2002 (XP) and 2000 with or without any service packs and updates.
Supported platforms
- The .NET edition of the Extensions for Microsoft Outlook is written in C# and completely supports VB.NET 2003, 2005 and VB.NET 2008, Visual C# 2003, 2005 and 2008, and RemObjects Chrome.
- The VCL edition of the Extensions is written in Delphi and completely supports Delphi 5, 6, 7, 2005, Delphi 2006 and 2007.
Major Features:
- Customize Outlook form and Outlook view
- Office 2007 and VSTO 3 provide Outlook form regions, a new way to create Outlook custom forms and folder views. The Add-in Express Extensions adds several new features to Outlook forms regions and supports regions on all Outlook versions. Now you can easily extend Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2003, 2002 (XP) and 2000 with your custom forms and views in C# and VB.NET.
- The Add-in Express Extensions is based on the True RAD (Rapid Application Development) paradigm, has an easy-to-use architecture and implements two types of Outlook regions:
-
- Advanced Outlook View Regions. They allow you to:
-
- completely replace the content of any Outlook view with your custom form, or
- host your custom form above, below, to the left and to the right of Outlook views, or
- embed your form below the Outlook Navigation Pane and To-Do Bar.
- Advanced Outlook Form Regions add your custom form to the left, to the right, above and below the body of Outlook forms.
- Advanced View Regions - create custom Outlook views - Outlook Today
- With the Extensions you can customize / modify Outlook views by placing your forms on the Outlook folder view area. It gives you a chance to use any controls on Outlook folder views, including memos, grids, tree-views, and to integrate your non-Outlook data into Outlook 2003, 2002, 2000 and Outlook 2007.
- Customization of "Outlook Today" - Advanced View Regions. With the Add-in Express Extensions you can build feature-rich analogs of "Outlook Today" faster and more effectively than the Dashboard technology does. The Extensions empowers you to completely replace any Outlook folder view with your custom form hosted by an advanced Outlook view region. The main purpose of using your forms instead of Outlook views is the integration of non-Outlook data into the Outlook GUI. For example, you can create an empty Outlook folder, replace a folder view with a form and interact there with data stored on your SQL Server. This will help you concentrate your applied code inside of the Outlook GUI and make Outlook the main application for your end-users or customers.
- Integration of view regions into Outlook Today. The most common way used by developers for customizing folder views based on Outlook Today is HTML and ActiveScript. The Extensions can embed your form into Outlook Today, and to quickly integrate your non-Outlook and Outlook data into Outlook Today. See also a video showing how to modify views in Outlook Today 2007 style.
- Enhanced Outlook views - Advanced View Regions
- In addition, Advanced View Regions allow you to cut in your Outlook custom form above, below, to the left and to the right of the folder views area. You can use view regions to extend Outlook views with any context sensitive data both Outlook and non-Outlook. For example, your form may show the sales volume for the selected contact, or the request history for the currently selected e-mail, or the pay schedule for selected tasks, etc.
- Create Outlook custom forms - form regions
- With the Extensions you can embed your own forms into any Outlook forms such as e-mail, task, contact, note, calendar / appointment forms (Outlook Inspector window). So, in this way you can develop feature-rich custom Outlook forms with any 3rd-party controls including memos, grids, tree-views, list-views, etc. The Extensions helps you embed your applied code into Outlook forms and control them by your code. See our video on how to customize Outlook mail, task, contact and appointment forms.
