Some new users may find the interface quite daunting, but once you get the hang of it, youll be able to work quickly.I chose to use the tracker-style interface because it allows users to enter notes, and then instantly change them using the computer keyboard. If you have an external MIDI device, you can use that for recording or playback too. Certain MIDI input events can be filtered out, and you can select instruments by sending the appropriate bank and patch changes from the external device.The most common MIDI controls are supported, and you have full control over them.You can also load, save and edit instrument lists (MIDI patch mappings) and auto-detect SoundFonts on Sound Blaster AWE/Live/Audigy cards (although the support for this is somewhat buggy.)Clipboard functions are included, along with transpose and fade out functions. There is no undo function.The free version has no MIDI load/save and is limited to 50 song bars (approx. 2 minutes-worth), and there are NO "nag screens" or adverts. A version with MIDI file support and 250 bars of song is available for a very small fee. But the free version will be sufficient for newcomers and supports loading/saving of Midget 3.5 files.<<less

The Mir Station
On Feb. 20, 1986, the Soviet Union launched a modified form of the Salyut stations, whose series of launchings had ended with Salyut 7.
The new station was given the name Mir ("Peace").
It is similar to the Salyuts but with a number of improvements: it offers expanded docking facilities, many windows, two private compartments, and a slightly increased interior space as the result of the absence of certain Salyut features.
The basic Mir core is about 17 m (56 ft) long and 4 m (13 ft) wide, but with the addition of the Kvant 1 science module in 1987, along with the visiting ferry craft, this length was nearly doubled.
Mir orbits the Earth at an altitude of about 360 km (220 mi) and an inclination of 52 degrees. Small, private bedrooms are located at one end of the main module, along with dining facilities, shower, toilet, exercise apparatus, and other crew-related equipment.
At the other end of the module is control and communications equipment. The normal crew size aboard MIR is two: a pilot and flight engineer. The station and its equipment was designed for a five- to ten-year orbital lifetime, but now it had been in the space for 13 years!

This version computes by adding sales tax to a base price.
It also works in reverse given the total paid working
backwards to get the tax and original price. In other words
it will tell you the sticker price to make something come
out even after taxes are added. It also has a spinner that
lets get that result without typing.
Just select the buyers state and district, enter the amount
of the sale and hit calc. You can adjust the sale amount
with a spinner.
If you are a business, you dont have to collect sales taxes
from people in other states unless you have a business
presence in that state. In that case, you must collect just
the state tax, not the local tax.
The program splits out the state and local taxes so that if
you have a business presence in his state, you can tell him
the amount he must remit to you (the state part) and the
part he must remit voluntarily and directly (the local
district part).
Tables are complete for the following states:

You can use ShareISDN to share the functions of an ISDN-Card with other users in a network. For example, every person within a company can send faxes, transfer files or access the Internet via one single ISDN-Card. Installing an ISDN-Card in every single computer of a network would give the same result but of course this would be much more expensive and requires a lot more effort (installing the cards, laying cables, etc).
Simply install the ShareISDN Server (SISsetNT.exe for WindowsNT/2000, SISset95.exe for Windows95/98/MI) on the computer with the ISDN-Card. The ShareISDN Client (SICsetup.exe) is put on every computer to access the ISDN-Card of the Server computer.
You can use nearly every application which supports the CAPI 2.0 specification. CAPI 2.0 is the standard programming interface for ISDN-Cards and nearly all ISDN applications support it. For example, the widespreaded Fritz! software is compatible with ShareISDN.
The function of the ShareISDN package is also called "Remote Capi", "Lan Capi" or "Network Capi" to show the special characteristic: the whole Capi-Interface of the ISDN-Card is accessible from the client computers.
ShareISDN is compatible with the Remote Access Service (RAS) so you can make Dial-Up connections to the Internet via ShareISDN.
ShareISDN is currently not the right tool for multiple users accessing ONE SINGLE Internet Dialup connection.
