You know how in qualifying for a race, they give you the MPH and seconds of a lap time (or, for others KMH and seconds)?

Well, this Widget will calculate a lap interval to give you the average miles per hour during the race when you sit there wondering how fast that lap was.

This converts a lap interval in seconds into an average speed in miles per hour. You can also change the average speed in miles per hour to a lap interval in seconds.

As with my previous Widget, one can choose the color for the fonts and the skin. Enjoy!!

It provides the "average" person with an easy to use interface and presents a full analysis of Fuel, Maintenance, Repairs, and Other expenses in a concise "summary" fashion, while keeping the full "detail" entries always available for examination or edits (if necessary). In other words ... you dont have to be a professional "Fleet Manager" to use and understand Car Trak and its reports!

Here are some key features of "Car Trak":

· Version 3 includes the option to use U.S. (miles, gallons, MPG) ·OR· Metric (kilometers, liters, L/100km) ·OR· U.K. (miles, liters, miles per liter) measurements.
· You can enter as much or as little as you want in order to track the "categories" that interest you. (For example, if youre only interested in tracking your fuel economy and expenses you can ignore the other categories and their corresponding functions.)
· Any data displayed in the various data grids can be exported to a CSV (comma separated values) text file for later import into a spreadsheet or other CSV-enabled application. (Reports can also be exported... see below.)
· You can easily switch between vehicles in the Car Trak system using a convenient drop-down listing.
· The programs Summary tab folder will furnish you with a "snapshot" of your current expenses to date, along with key calculated and "comparative" fields which help you determine if your vehicle is developing a problem or needs service.
· Scheduled Maintenance and Inspections, as well as user-defined Inspection Groups, can be set up for each vehicle in the system. Once set up the next due and last performed information will be automatically maintained by the program, allowing you to print a Scheduled Maintenance Due report (or a Work Order for your mechanic) whenever you wish. *Scheduled maintenance can be set up and tracked using any combination of dates, odometer, and/or engine hours.
· The Fuel Log tab folder not only displays your individual data entry "detail" but also calculates the distance driven since the previous Fuel entry, cost per gallon/liter, and miles per gallon (or L/100km or MPL) for each item entered. Additionally, a line graph plotting the MPGs (or L/100kms or MPLs) for the last 10 fillups is displayed.
· The Maintenance/Inspection entries are simplified by letting you add the respective service items performed from a listing of the vehicles "scheduled" items. (You can manually add a "non-scheduled" item if necessary.)
· The Repairs/Other tab rounds out the "categories," allowing entry of non-scheduled services/repairs and miscellaneous items.

Fuel Util will calculate MPG, Cost, or total Mileage since your last fill-up. If you use this every time you fill-up your tank, FuelUtil will calculate at anytime (just enter your most recent odometer reading) how much it will cost to fill the tank back up. Once you fill-up with Gas, FuelUtil will tell you what your miles per gallon is; and at the touch of a button will calculate your Average MPG. And if you dont remember what your previous odometer reading was, FuelUtil can calculate that along with how many miles you drove. FuelUtil also has an easy to use database that allows the user to save, delete, and modify existing records. The database stores records by DATE, thus allowing the user to chronologically analyze data according to actual usage. Gas Mileage Tracker is a program designed to help you understand and track your gas mileage (MPG) and gasoline usage. You can track your total miles and gas mileage (MPG), your total highway miles and highway gas mileage, as well as your city miles and city gas mileage. You will have a record on when you filled up on gas, how many miles you got in a given tank, how much you spent, and what your MPG (miles per gallon) was for the tank of gas.
Gas Mileage Tracker allows you to track MPG for any number of cars or other vehicles. You can get overall gas mileage (MPG) statics or get the gas mileage statistic for each car separately. There is also a section for notes where you can record any special data for a specific gasoline or fuel fill up. A search function will help you find those fuel details at a later date.
Gas Mileage Tracker can print out MPG reports sorted by car or by date on the fill ups. A blank report can be printed to be used as a form to fill out any MPG fuel data by hand while you are at the gas station.
