System Modifications is a small AppleScript program designed for non-Unix users to make changes to their system otherwise requiring Unix to acomplish.

This project started as a way for me not to have to remember the long Unix commands to edit the .plist files to do these things, so I decided to share it with you.

This is only the second program Ive written in AppleScript, so Im sure it could be better. It will evolve with time.

These modifications are not supported by Apple or by me, so use this at your own risk.

ModFiles keeps track of your automobiles modifications as well as your plans for future modifications.

Allows you to keep track of part numbers, web-sites containing product and installation info, costs and installers. Sort by modification type, modification importance, etc.

Penguin Analog Clock is a modification of the Chrome Clock by Ken Mastri that enables further customization.

SyncFF is a drop utility for setting the modification and creation date of folders to the latest modification date of their contained files.

This way the modification date of the folder matches the modification date of the "oldest" file it contains.

SyncFF sets a recursive process, which implies all subfolders are processed too.

Note 1: The process is recursive, which implies all subfolders are processed.
Note 2: The modification date is frequently re-set when you open a folder in the Finder to view its contents.

massXpert mass spectrometry package is a mass spectrometry environment for linear (bio-) polymers. It inherits all the innovations of GNU polyxmass, as it is a port of that project to a cross-platform development environment.

Whats New in This Release:

· A feature was added whereby, upon definition of a monomer chemical modification, the user might tell which monomers are targets of that modification.
· If the user tries to modify a monomer with a modification that cannot be used for that, she is alerted.
· A mechanism overriding the modification target limitations is available for maximum flexibility.
· Bugs related to the chemical modification of polymer sequences were fixed.
· The user manual was updated to document the new features.

Emifreq-Applet Multicore is a modification of the emifreq-applet to support multicore-cpu.

This is a modification of the emifreq-applet written by Stéphane Démurget. The original applet for GNOME only supports changing the frequencies of a single-core CPU. With this addition, it is able to change frequencies of multicore CPUs.
