MP3 Folders 2.0 offers you a professional program (for Windows 95 and above) that lets you treat a folder as a playlist for MP3 and WAVE files, with support for displaying and editing ID3v1 MP3 tags and WAVE audio headers. New in Version 1.1 was the ability to batch apply ID3v1 MP3 tags to multiple files at once. New in version 2.0 (released 8/7/2002) is an optional tree view of the computer's directory structure, a small window option with the ability to float above other apps, the ability to toggle between playing all files (like a playlist) and playing a single file, and repeat capability (for all files or a single file).
