MSA Query is a free tool that can completely manage any MS Access database. It is based on Microsoft Jet Engine (DAO). It contains SQL Editor, Object Explorer and User and grant Manager.
You can also import data from CSV and export to CSV, Excel, dBase, XML and HTML format. Free to use for both private and commercial users.
