Nemesis Player allows you to watch your video files collection like any player but also enables you to create a "DVD menu" for your videos.
Nsp can be broken down into 3 parts: Scene Editing, Project Settings and the player itself.
Scene Editing - In this part you will load the videos into a project. For each file you can define: a name, the time marks (you can set the beginning and the end of a video. For example, it is very useful to remove the credits of a movie without any physical cutting of the file), the parameters such as brightness, contrast, hue and saturation. You can also define sub-scenes automatically, for example, it is very useful for a movie in which you want a sequence every 5 minutes. Every sequence created becomes a scene in your menu.
Project Settings - In this part you can create your chapter menu, you will define: the number of chapter buttons, a background picture, a background, music. The scenes to be displayed on the screen.
Player - You see your own creation; the player will play every scene. You can easily jump to a specific scene or even sub-scene. When you close the application, it will save your playback in progress to enable you to reopen it the way you have left it.

The Red Arremer demon Firebrand is on a quest to collect all of the elemental Crests, magical stones which preside over their respective elements (Fire, Earth, Water, Air, Time, and Heaven). It is said that when all crests are combined, the Crest of Infinity will appear, allowing its holder infinite power, and the ability to conquer any and all realms with it. However, during his quest, he is gravely wounded in a battle with the Demon Dragon in his efforts to claim the Crest of Heaven, and his nemesis Phalanx uses Firebrands moment of weakness to attack him and steal all of his crests for himself, with the exception of the Crest of Fire which was broken into pieces in the fight (Firebrand still has one shard of it at the games outset). Having fallen back to earth in the coliseum where he fought the Dragon earlier, Firebrand is forced to destroy him for good to survive, so that he can go after Phalanx and reclaim the Crests. Whether Firebrand wants them for power, glory, or some sort of revenge is never stated. However, during the True Ending, which you attain once you defeat the "Dark Demon", it is stated that "Realizing that his true power is not derived from the crests, Firebrand disposed of all the crests." With that information, it can be inferred that Firebrand was perhaps collecting the crests in an attempt to discover said "True Power".
