Remote Control Manager 1.4.8 provides users with a perfect solution for managing all network devices in one central system that is accessible by all technical support help desk staff. The Remote Control Manager system does not replace existing methods of managing devices but instead uses the existing tools to administer the selected device with the appropriate software.
Remote Control Manager was originally written for use with third party remote control software such as RDP, VNC, and NetSupport however it soon became clear that remote controlling servers or workstations was not enough and the management system needed to be expanded to provide access to command prompt and Web based tools. With this in mind Remote Control Manager has been updated to include the use of tools, dashboards, and the newly introduced advanced tabs.
