Network View description
Displays a list of all machines visible in the specified domain, based on role. Network View Displays a list of all machines visible in the specified domain, based on role.

Basically a command-line view of Network Neighborhood, similar to Net.exe View but with the ability to filter on certain types of machines (workstations only, servers only, time servers, SQL servers, etc.).

Syntax:

[/9x] [/HEX:0xXXXXXXXX] [/DOMAIN:domain] [/T] [/B] [/TABS]

NOTE: This list of machines is not real-time, but compiled and shared between network segments at 12 minute intervals. New machines will not appear in the browse list immediately, it may take up to 48 minutes, depending on the complexity of your network. Likewise, machines removed from the network are not immediately removed from the browse list, it may take up to 72 minutes.

An argument of /? or -? displays this syntax and always returns 1. A successful completion will return 0.

These images are often panoramic, that is, they cover very wide fields of view. Since monitors typically contain only one to two million pixels, it is only possible to actually see 1/1000th of such image data at once.

Also, viewing very wide fields of view require unwrapping of an image projected onto a curved surface (think of a map of the world) which can cause distortions.

HD View was developed with a number of goals in mind. It should:
· Allow smooth panning and zooming on large images,
only download enough data to create the current view (and possibly look ahead to the next), and
· Always display the current field of view with an appropriate projection. This means that when zoomed way in you should be presented with a standard perspective projection providing a sense of immersion, and when zoomed out you experience a curved projection so that get a full overview of the scene. In between the projection should smoothly transition.
· Finally, it should be easy to create your own HD View content and present it to the world via the web.

MDB View is a very useful application that will allow you to view mdb files on your system without Microsoft Access installed.

All you need are the MDAC 2.1 components or higher ( that you can get for free on Microsoft download page ).

MDB View will show you all tables included in the database, with all fields and records.
You can see a detailed information for each record, and you can search for an element in the whole database.

Then you can export all database tables, fields and records, both to external CSV (Comma Separated Values) and HTML files (with an editable CSS file).

You can also open protected database if you know the password and you can view a database directly from the command line, making also possible the view of a database directly with the cds autorun.

Limitations:

· MDB View is freeware with a nag-screen that you can remove with a donation to the author.
