An utility to examine whether your DVD drive is region protected or not. more>>
When you have just bought a new drive, it is most likely region protected and you can change the region code only 5 times.
Before testing your drive with the Drive Region Info program, insert a DVD in your drive. Some drives will not give correct region info without DVD.
The name of the drive in the dropdown box is constructed of 3 parts:
- Name of the manufacturer (the first part, max 8 characters).
- Drive type (the middle part, max 16 characters).
- Firmware revision (the last part, 4 characters).

This program removes Blu-ray region code from Blu-ray rips on a hard disk drive to allow playback regardless of region setting of the player.
In addition to Blu-ray region code removing functionality of "Blu-ray Disc Ripper for .NET" this program supports removing of region code from Blu-ray titles, which check the region of the player by means of BD-J script (e.g. Fantastic Four 2, Sunshine).
Blu-ray Region Code Remover will enable you to easily remove any region code from any Blu-ray in a flash.

Enhancements:
- - Implemented signing of .jar archives with certificates.
- - The program now recreates .jar archives, which it has modified, from scratch using SharpZipLib. This fixes the problem with some titles (e.g. "Independence Day", UK) which contain .jar files in some odd zip format.
