Atomic Clock NTP Time Client allows a client to synchronise time to a selected NTP server TimeTools SNTP Client Software is a freeware program that runs on any Windows workstation and server. This software will allow a certain client to synchronise time to a selected NTP server.
The utility periodically polls the specified ntp server at periodic intervals specified by the user and optionally synchronises time to the server.
TimeTools SNTP client software and the Windows Time Synchronisation service (Windows Time) cannot co-exist on the same system, since they both attemp to use UDP port 123 (NTP). You can disable the Windows Time service from the service manager to avoid this problem and rely on the NTP server monitor to synchronise time.

- Full audit log
- Ensures system time of client closely tracks that of an NTP server.
- Windows 32 bit service.

NetTime is a simple time synchronization client for Windows. more>> NetTime is a simple time synchronization client for Windows 98/NT/2000/XP. Its main claim to fame is that it is small, simple and unobtrusive. And, of course, its free software. Here are some screenshots (not quite the latest version, though).
Note that Windows XP and Windows 2000 include a full-featured NTP client out of the box, and its a free download from Microsoft for Windows NT. There is longer any no good reason to use NetTime on Windows NT, 2000 or XP. Instructions on how to configure the Microsoft client are here [http://tf.nist.gov/service/pdf/win2000xp.pdf] and the public NTP time server list is here [http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~mills/ntp/servers.html].
Also note that development stopped on the NetTime project years ago. Among other things, its built-in list of NTP servers is extremely outdated - please dont use it; refer to the official list (above) instead.
And youre on your own for bug fixes - the project is officially abandoned by me at this point. If you come up with interesting new code, by all means send it to me; Im perfectly willing to do maintainer-type work. But for heavens sake people - please stop sending me feature requests for things the Microsoft code already does. At least not without a good reason why NetTime should do it as well.<<less
