Sorting and searching of records according to parameters more>> CIT Office 2005 Monitoring enables the recording, playing and saving of all communication occuring in determined telephone line of your company. All recorded calls are allways available to you. We offer you the possibility to set critical valves of telephone calls (forbidden numbers - 906, mobile operator) which the authorised officer is advised through an e-mail to his inbox, of the general content with a sound message. Content of the recording is played with help of the sound card. Besides analogue telephones the system can record ISDN or UP0 link or with help of nf connection radiostations. Connection to a determined analogue telephone line is enabled through a special HW.
Should you, as the authorised user, want to listen to calls which were recorded on a suspect extention? You do not want to listen to all recorded calls, only those on certain dates, of certain length?
The system enables sorting and searching of records according to parameters which determinde monitored calls. Sorting and searching can be managed by:
date, length or time of taped call etc.
identified extension number
identity marks
call classification
