Firefox add-on that locks the the master security device after a selected period of time Master Password Timeout will lock the master security device after a predefined period of inactivity so that it prevents any unauthorized use of saved passwords.
By default, 300 secs (5 min) of inactivity will lock the master security device, but this value can be adjusted in the extension manager options window. Users can also log out of the master security device manually from the tools or context menu.

FireMaster 3.5 is a professional tool to recover the lost master password in Firefox. Master password is used by Firefox to protect the stored sign-on information for all visited websites. If the master password is forgotten, then there is no way to recover the master password and user will lose all the sign-on information stored in it.
However user can now use FireMaster to get back all their stored credentials. FireMaster uses combination of state of art techniques such as dictionary, hybrid and brute force to recover the master password from the Firefox key database file. Now it also supports patten based password recovery mechanism which significantly reduces the time taken to recover the password.
Major Features:
- FireMaster generates passwords on the fly through various methods.
- Then it computes the hash of the password using known algorithm.
- Next this password hash is used to decrypt the encrypted data for known plain text (i.e. "password-check").
- Now if the decrypted string matches with the known plain text (i.e. "password-check") then the generated password is the master password.
Enhancements:
- Resolved the compatibility problem with latest Firefox version 3.5.
- FireMaster dynamically detects the Firefox version and recovers the master password accordingly.

Magic Password Generator gives every website a different password. more>> The idea is that it is more secure to give every website a different password. If one site has naughty administrators, or gets hacked, the same compromised password wont work for your account on another site. But how can one remember a different password for every site? Dont, let the computer make one for you!
You remember one master password. (It is not stored anywhere, dont forget it!) Then, with a (somewhat simple) cryptographic hash function, the extension combines your master password and the domain name of the site to make another unique password for that site. The password is not saved in Firefox, or anywhere else. Its secure!
For example, if your master password is "juice" and you are on "ebay.com" this tool will scramble those two pieces together and come out with "203a29e" for the password. However, if you are on "google.com" with the same master password, the generated password will be "d382e9ce". Neither site has any idea what your real password is, or what your real password for the other site would be, even if they steal the password you used for their site.
Theres two other nice features that make logging in even easier. You can configure a username and/or an email address to fill in, at the same time that the password is filled in.
For advanced users, with a catchall address at a domain, just put "@example.com" (whatever your domain is) for the address, and MPWGen will make a different email for every site too! The value will be inserted after the + sign, for email accounts that support this feature, like gmail.<<less
