Quickly encode and decode to and from hex, Base64 and comma separated bytes with Reencoder Reencoder is a small utility that enables you to encode/decode from/to three different formats: Base64, Hex and comma separated bytes.
Hex and Base64 encoding are two standard ways to transform a generic file with binary (= bytes can be any value) content to strings containing only printable charachters. Of course the encoded file will always be larger than the original one.
Hex encoding will use numbers 0-9 and letters A to F (decode process is case insensitive).Base64 encoding will use the following charachters: 0-9, A-Z, a-z, +, / and = (= is for padding).
Comma separated bytes written in decimal can be used to enter a binary file directly into any C/C++ code (or most other programming languages) as a static array without the need to use resources.
You can use the program to manually encode/decode email attachments or decode those files which sometimes appear onscreen when your browser does not understand that its supposed to save an incoming file and not show it onscreen encoded in Base64 :).
You can also use the program to insert files directly inside your source codes in comma separated bytes as written above.

WinAmp IRemote was developed for working with any IR port that can act as a serial port, eg COM 2 on my Laptop. It will also work with an ordinary serial port, although the usefullness of this is less obvious. When used with an IR port any TV, video, HiFi, or any other Infra-Red controller can be used to control playback through WinAmp by holding down any button on the controller (whilst pointed at the IR port, obviously) for varying lengths of time, depending on the function required.
The functions available are Previous Track, Play, Pause, Stop and Next Track (the 5 main WinAmp buttons). These can each be assigned a different length of time that the button must be held down, measured in "Ticks". The length of a tick can also be specified, in milliseconds.
After each tick the program will optionally make a beep or click with the PC speaker (so as not to be overidden by WinAmps output), and optionally display onscreen a popup with the current function. When the correct number of ticks have passed (or the correct function is displayed in the popup, release the button, and that function will be executed).

SoftProfile Juggler 1.0.2 is a useful software that allows you to manage your windows. With Juggler you can easily find your windows, automatically adjust your windows to be onscreen at all times, and hide or set any window to be always on top. In addition, Juggler gives you quick access to any desktop item and enhances your Start Menu.

Major Features:

1. Adjust windows automatically: Windows has an annoying habit of letting windows move all over the place, sometimes under your taskbar or off the screen. With Juggler, your windows will be moved on screen where you can see them. This is all done automatically. If any windows move under the taskbar or off the edges of the screen, Juggler will automatically shift them back on to the screen, resizing windows if necessary. This automatic adjusting is highly configurable.
2. Hide Windows: Juggler will also allow you to hide windows or to set windows to be always on top. Hiding windows allows you to easily see what's behind them which helps you make the best use of your screen's real estate. It also has the effect of hiding the window from the Windows taskbar.
3. Always On Top: Setting windows to be always on top means that those windows will act like the taskbar and stay on top of other normal windows. There are many uses for this and one great benefit is that you can be using a maximized application but still have a window from a different application in view.
4. Finding & Managing your Windows and Desktop Items: Is your taskbar filling up too quickly so that you can't easily figure out which window you're activating? Juggler comes to the rescue again. Clicking on the Juggler tray icon in the taskbar opens a menu of all your open windows. This allows you to rapidly find and activate the right window every time!
