An open source video-processing tool that can be used as command line program or as a C++ library OpenVIP (Open Video Processor) is a cross-platform, highly modular non-linear video editor and video processing library.
OpenVIP consists of two parts:
- OpenVIP core. You can use it for processing multimedia files from command line, or as a C++ library linked with your code.
- OpenVIP editor. It provides a user-friendly GUI to the core and is based on the timeline concept - you place multimedia files on the timeline, apply filters, transitions, ...
