This free tool was developed by American Outland and allows you to convert any oziexplorer data file (Waypoints, routes, tracks, events and points files) into text files directly supported by Fugawi for importing.

With a simple three steps interface the program allows you to massively import a group of folders and its content, and to select or unselect individual folders or files. Also you will be able to rename each individual element before to produce the resulting output files.

A comprehensive help file will guide you during the whole process and the multilingual interface of the program lets you choose the preferred language (English or Spanish) with only one click.

Just download OZItoFugawiSetup.exe to your hard disk and double click it in order to start the setup process. The setup program will guide you all the time. When the setup did finish, you can delete the downloaded setup program from your hard disk.

GoogleOzi is a useful program for downloading Google maps and calibrating for oziexplorer and other programs.

OziExplorer is interactive, it allows you to work, on your computer screen, with digital maps that you have purchased or scanned yourself. By using these maps, oziexplorer allows you to plan your trip by creating waypoints, routes and tracks on screen and upload these to your GPS.
OziExplorer is a useful and complex GPS utility.

With oziexplorer running and your laptop connected to your GPS, your GPS position is plotted on the map providing real time tracking ability (moving map). When you leave a map oziexplorer automatically changes to the next map.

This freeware utility has been developed by American Outland in order to configure its GPS receivers and Data Loggers (and any receiver using EverMore chipsets, like some models from Deluo, Haicom, etc.) and to download stored data from them, but can also be used with any receiver capable of sending standard NMEA 0183 sentences. The data can be saved in oziexplorer and Fugawi formats or directly as raw NMEA data into a text file.

GPSManager is also an useful tool for monitoring satellite coverage and for analysis of current position, speed and bearing as well.

OziPhotoTool combines the technology of a GPS receiver and a digital camera to automatically keep a record of where digital photos were taken. It is designed to be used in conjunction with OziExplorer.

Most digital cameras have “EXIF” metadata stored as part of the photo. This includes is the date and time the photo was taken. Many GPS units have “tracklogs”.

The GPS keeps a record of points that the unit has traveled over, including the time at each point. oziexplorer can read “tracks” from many different GPS units.

OziPhotoTool takes the digital photos with EXIF metatdata, and tracks from oziexplorer to determine where the GPS was when the photo was taken.

OziPhotoTool it allows you to keep a record of where digital photos were taken with the help of a GPS receiver.

As long as the GPS was in the same location as the camera this represents the location of the photo. OziPhotoTool outputs the linkage between the photo and its location by creating an oziexplorer waypoint file, generating map features on oziexplorer maps, watermarking the photos, embedding exif information in the photos, and/or generating HTML output.

Limitations:

· Many features of OziPhotoTool require the latest registered version of oziexplorer to function properly. It is possible to use the un-registered version of oziexplorer to save a track file then import this into OziPhotoTool. OziPhotoTool communicates with a running version of oziexplorer to do things like saving the current track file automatically, saving a map image for html generation, determining the x,y pixel coordinates of photowaypoints, etc. oziexplorer requires that it be registered in order for many of these features to work.

GPSMap description

· GPS device identifier may be stored (no need to set it up);

Requirements:

· in GIF or JPG format;
· do not use too large maps, e.g. above 1000x1000 pixel, because the loading of the images will be slowed down, use several maps if large are should be covered;
· North should be upward on the map.

PyTrackProfiler description
Allows you to create high quality route sheets, useful for planning various kinds of routes PyTrackProfiler application was designed to allow users to create high quality route sheets, useful for planning various kinds of routes (hiking, biking ...)

The program also computes some useful information using the track data (time, altitude, etc) so you can analyze an unknown track (e.g. tracks that youre downloaded from internet). The program creates an elevation profile and a projection representation.
