Metronome 1 is an effective program which allows you to arrange beat patterns of Indian classical music visually.
In Indian Classical Music, beat patterns can be arranged in various groups, for example, 2-2-2-2-2 (10 beats) or 2-3-2-3 (10 beats). This program allows the user to visually arrange the groups using checkboxes. Tali (stress) and normal beats can also be marked by selecting the appropriate checkbox next to each step/beat. Metronome is a great learning tool vocals, percussion and other instruments.

The Sputter application was designed to be a small, simple tool that can be used to generate drum and bass midisounds from textinput.
Characters are translated to their ascii-representatives and put into two channels of midi: one in channel number 1 (the general midi chromatic instrument sounds), one in channel number 10 (the general midi percussion sounds). Each character thus produces a drumsound and an instrumentsound at the same time.

But this isnt just any old metronome. I designed it with Easter European folk music in mind, so my main priority was to have it be able to play any weird meter you want. The result is that you can set it to play a measure of any length you want, with emphasis on any beat(s) you want, with sounds chosen from a library of nearly fifty percussion instruments.
I also designed Weird Metronome to be compact and efficient. I stayed away from all the pretty buttons and displays that youll see on other metronome software, because those just tent to make a confusing, unfamiliar interface thats too often painfully slow. Well, you can tell that this babys no-nonsense right from the start. The interface is straightforward, clear, and easy to use.

The Kpanlogo is a member of the membranophone, or drum-head covered shell or vibrating stretched membrane, family of musical instruments. In the 1960s rock band drummers began to change this, by expanding it. An extra bass drum, more symbols - people had gotten skilled enough to require more thing to play with. Electric drums were created, and it is arguable that this is where modern synthesized drum beats used in songs originated from. Whats next for the drum? Who knows. Maybe its time to start adding more. After all, the sky is the limit. Famous drummers are rather well recognized. The strange thing is that Neil Peart was inspired by 2 people - Keith Moon - and John Bonham.
