JPlot is a multi-purpose data plotting program for use as the graphic front-end of (scientific) software. JPlot is also available as a stand-alone application with a complete and easy-to-use graphic user interface (GUI).
JPlot accepts common ASCII datafile formats, typically in columns e.g. C1, C2, C3... Each column can be given a name, which greatly helps with selecting columns for the graph.
In jPlot each X-Y couple is drawn according to specific plot-style settings, which are easily modified as shown in the screenshot to the right. One may set a point type, line colors, dash-patterns and other useful parameters allowing to obtain high quality graphs. Since version 1.1,
JPlot allows you to build different types of graphs such as Pourbaix and Piper diagrams.

Strange 0.5

Strange 0.5

Random attractors shown on your desktop more>> Random attractors shown on your desktop

Strange shows a gallery of Clifford Attractors. Each image is formed by beginning with an (x, y) point, and repeatedly applying the following transformation to it:
new x = sin(ay) + c cos(ax)
new y = sin(bx) + d cos(by)
Each set of coefficients {a, b, c, d} produces a different image. This program tries to automatically search for "interesting" attractors - those that generate images that are not too sparse - and displays them in a gallery.
As the transformation is applied over and over again, the point traces out a path, curving first in one direction and then another, returning over and over again to each region of the image. By plotting each point, an image of the attractor is generated.
The points are colored based on the "velocity" of the point - the hue represents what direction the point moved in when the transformation was applied, and the saturation of each pixel represents the magnitude of the velocity. The brightness of each pixel is determined based on how many points were plotted in that pixel.

DiplexerDesign 2.07

DiplexerDesign 2.07

This program expedites the design of lumped-element diplexers using both more>> This program expedites the design of lumped-element diplexers using both the lowpass/highpass and the bandpass/bandstop topologies.
Here are the highlights of this program:
This interactive program accepts for its inputs the crossover frequency (for the highpass/lowpass topology) or the lower and upper bandedges (for the bandpass/bandstop topology), the order (number of parts), the passband ripple and the system impedance.
Click on the Design button and you see the schematic drawn on the screen including component values.
On the Plot screen, you can "tune" the crossover or bandedge frequencies, the passband ripple and the order and get instant feedback regarding how those items affect the transmission to the two ports as well as the return loss looking into the common port.
Click on the Print button and send the data plot and the schematic to the printer using a very high resolution - presentation quality - plotting system (not just a screen dump).
Diplexer generates schematic files for LTspice. (Tonne Software has no connection with Linear Technology.)
On exiting the program the current design is saved to enable a simplified program restart.

Johns Hopes FPlot 2.13

Johns Hopes FPlot 2.13

programm for plotting & fitting of measurement data & mathematical functions more>> ohns Hopes FPlot is a freeware Windows programm for plotting and fitting of measurement data and mathematical functions. Why yet another function plotting programm? The great advantage of FPlot is flexibility and speed. Functions can be entered as C# sourcecode, which is similar to C, and are compiled on the fly with the C#-compiler included in .NET. This way you can express any function, no matter how complicated, and your function evaluates at the full speed of any compiled .NET programm, there is no slow expression interpreter in between. Also FPlot has built in support to numerically integrate and differentiate your functions. If you want to fit your model to measurement data, you dont have to mess around with many predefined models, simply express your fitting model with C# and you are ready to fit the model to your data. So FPlot is a simple but powerful app to do curve fitting. You can also easily refer to third party libraries like dnAnalytics (freeware), NMath from CenterSpace Softare (commercial) or IMSL from Visual Numerics (commercial). As an alternative you can use functions from the book Numerical Recipes in C.<<less

FlatGraph 1.10b2

FlatGraph 1.10b2

Plotting functions with more possibilities more>> Plotting functions (usual and parametric) with more possibilities. Differentiation of any order (with simplification). Construction of tangents to the graph. The simple and clear interface with the detailed documentation and examples of work. The program is designed both for inexperienced and the professional user as in it are combined the intuitive interface and professional functions. FlatGraph allows: - To enter one or several functional expressions of any complexity for display and (or) their differentiation; - To carry out symbolical differentiation for the specified order of a derivative, and also to carry out simplification of the received derivative; - To investigate "alive" changing of various parameters of functions with simultaneous display of new graphs that allows to define influence of parameters of functions on their form; - To use automatic or manual scaling schedules of functions for linear scales; - To display parametric functions, for example, ellisoid, cardioid, Bernoulli lemniscate and other similar graphs (where abscissa and ordinate depend on one parameter t); - To solve the equations, system of the equations and inequalities by graphic way; - To define and display a tangent to the graph of function in a point x0 (it is set by the user).
