PosharpDb is a .NET stored procedure wrapper generator that generates a set of static C# or VB.NET methods into different classes to wrap the chosen stored procedures.

It not only supports Microsoft Oracle, SQL Server, OleDb and ODBC .Net data providers, but also can be extended, through simple configuration settings, to third party .Net data providers, such as Oracle, DB2, MySQL, etc. PosharpDb provides a variety of options to cover most of ADO.Net data access scenarios and an alternative to manage a large scale of stored procedures as well.

The option settings can be saved to file for repeating generation such that the generated data layer can be synchronized with the database whenever changes are made to stored procedures. This is especially helpful for large, complex projects to discover data-layer mismatching issues as early as in compiling time.

wmfscpos is a wmaker dockapp which displays the temperature, voltage and fan information from an FSC Poseidon chip.

wmfscpos was formerly known as wmlm-fsc and is based on Ben Jarvis wmlm.

If youre using kernel 2.4, youll need the additional modules from lm_sensors.
2.6 series kernels starting from 2.6.12 include the new fscpos driver. For kernels 2.6.10 and 2.6.11 you can get a patch from the downloads section.

Installation

Building wmfscpos is rather easy:

Debian GNU/Linux users might fetch a binary from this projects website or just
build their own. You need to have debhelper, xlibs-dev and libsensors-dev
installed for that:

RepeatFinder project is a console-based bioinformatics tool that searches for repeating stretches of DNA.

It allows mismatches, but enforces a one to one mapping between sections of DNA and a repeat motif, meaning that a section of DNA cannot be associated with more than one match.

RepeatFinder, after a couple of years of private lab use, is now available for public consumption!

RepeatFinder is a tool for finding repeating segments of DNA called motifs and then parsing them so that no repeating segments overlap - it is an exclusive matching algorithm where any part of the original DNA string is associated with one and only one match.

RepeatFinder has been written to compile and run on Linux and Windows. The source code has been designed to have a minimum of requirements so if you can compile a C program, then hopefully RepeatFinder will work for you even if your OS isnt one of the above. Let me know if you succesfully compile RepeatFinder on another platform.

Further details about the algorithm and how to use the command line tools will be added to this site in due time. In the mean time the first release, 1.0.0, is available for download here. Only source, x86 and x64 linux binaries are currently available. Windows binaries coming soon!
