Backup Files
Simply select the source files you would like to backup, and the destination on the network which you would like to copy to. File Backup Pro automatically detects files which have been modified, and copies them to the destination.
Compress Files
To save space, you may optionally compress your modified files into a .zip file, reducing your backup space by up to 90% or more. Furthermore, compressed files may be time-stamped, allowing you to create a seperate transactional zip file for every day - each new zip file will contain only copies of those files which have changed, while the original files remain backed up in your previous timestamped compressions.
Automatically Copy to FTP (FTP Upload)
Specify an FTP server instead of a network destination, and File Backup Pro will copy your files offsite. This additional level of remote security provides an even more robust file backup scheme, with no extra effort or expense on your part.
FTP Download
File Backup Pro can even copy files down from an FTP server, using our FTP Download functionality.
Synchronize Deleted Files
If a file is removed from the source directory, you may optionally elect to remove it from any pre-existing backup directory as well. This feature keeps your two systems tightly aligned, with no old files cluttering up your backups.<<less
