Productivity Analyzer (PrAn) is a great utility for gathering data about your productivity with your computer and analyzing the data to find how your productivity varies between days and even between specific hours.
You get a high level overview of how productive you are and which tasks are consuming most of your time. You can find when you are most productive doing a particular task.
