ManageEngine VQManager is a powerful, web-based, 24x7 real-time QoS monitoring software for VoIP networks.
VQManager can monitor any device or user-agent that supports SIP(RFC 3261) and RTP / RTCP (RFC 3550).

The vulnerabilities are related to the traffic control provided by the QoS Packet Scheduler service, which monitors the filter and flow of Internet Protocol (IP) network packets that travel through a Windows 2000 server. In addition, the update addresses an error in the time-interval parameter for connections made through a Microsoft proxy server, which could result in a large number of open sockets.
