Expenses is excellent for keeping track of your expenses and float expenditure, if you need to return your expenses or float then print out the documents for use as your expense and float envelope headers or just to keep on file, keep all the entries on one document or use a separate document for each category.

Float and credit card options can be set and renamed along with most other fields and columns from the preferences window as a standard for all new documents, the float and card options can be set within each document window for individual document settings.

Now with a mileage enty option.

There are pre-entered settings for Dollars, Sterling, Euros and the option for a custom currency setting that can set from the preferences window, this custom option is already preset for Canadian Dollars but can be altered to any other currency of the users preference.

Limitations:

This is the perfect computer software for anyone wanting to keep track of vehicle expenses and save money. This is an expense recording database for visual artists (painters, sculptors, etc). It is on two tabs to allow entry of an expense detail with an accompanying note if needed. This has helped me at the end of the year when compiling Schedule C expenses.
