SocketToMe - determine what degree of raw socket access If we are going to experiment with restricting and allowing access to raw sockets, we need a "raw socket detector" to tell us whether or not raw sockets are currently available to the user running the program. So SocketToMe was born.
SocketToMe application will allow any user of any version of Windows to determine what degree of raw socket access their Windows operating system is currently offering to its logged on user.
