Many servers and network devices like routers and switches provides features like ACLs, IP Filters, Firewall rules and so on to give access to their Services only to particular network addresses (usually Administrators workstations).
The main purpose of this program is to scan for IP restrictions set for a particular service on a host. It combines "ARP Poisoning" and "Half-Scan" techniques and tries totally spoofed TCP connections to the selected port of the target.
IP Restrictions Scanner was designed not to be a port scanner but a "valid source IP address" scanner for a given service.

When I boot the computer, I usually be faced with the same thing,every time; the virus made some system restrictions in order to make himself hidden, those restrictions are usually the following :
Disable Ctrl+Alt+Del ---so the user cant see the virus and the other running applications!
Disable Folder Options --- so the user cant set the option to show hidden files!
Disable Regedit --- so the user cant see what is going on in system startup!
Unfortunately, AV Softwares have nothing to do with these restrictions and do nothing to re-enable them!Until AV softwares come with such tool in their next versions, here, youll find a tiny tool that does the work for AVs, it Re-Enables all what the virus had disabled, and brings every thing back.

SquidRestrict will help you impose restrictions on the The Squid Web Proxy Cache enabled firewalls SquidRestricts main purpose is to allow multiple time restrictions to be placed on internet usage for firewalls that use The Squid Web Proxy Cache.
Primarily SquidRestrict is intended to be used on Linux based firewalls such as IPCop and Smoothwall.
Currently SquidRestrict is known to work with the following:
- IPCop 1.4.0 to IPCop 1.4.13
- Smoothwall Express 2
- Smoothwall Express 3 Alpha [Grizzly]
Also available is SquidRestrict_java. SquidRestrict_java is a standalone Java application that allows you to work out the time restrictions you wish to apply to Squid.
After working out the time restrictions that you want to impose you can copy/paste the result from SquidRestrict_java into your squid configuration file (squid.conf).
