Enhancements

- Fixed a bug where STARTTLS was resetting the session too much, by canceling certain flags/options read inside the SERVER.TAB.
- Fixed a bug that happened if a message filter mistakenly remove the message file from under XMail control.
- Fixed a bug that make XMail to wrongly report virtual memory sizes on 32 bit systems with larger than 4GB VM space.
- Changed the line termination used to store messages into the mailboxes of Unix versions of XMail. Now messages are stored with the OS native LF termination, instead of the RFC CRLF that was used before. This allows other Unix softwares working together with XMail to not be confused by the extra CR present in the line termination.
- The "smtprelay" behavior with respect to 5xx responses from one of the servers in the relay list, has been changed. Now a 5xx response will stop the processing, instead of iterating on the remaining servers of the list.
- Avoid to crawl all the USER.TAB file during a "userlist" CTRL command.
- Fixed a bug that allowed non-RFC characters inside domain names.
- Fixed OSX Leopard build error.
- Added "timeo" option to flags execution.
- Added "NoAuth", "EnableVRFY" and "EnableETRN" settings inside IP properties.

nPOPuks development was based on nPOP, a program originally created by Tomoaki Nakashima.
The new nPOPuk offers a dramatically expanded feature set, but the data files are not backwards-compatible with the original nPOP. This accounts for the decision to change the name. nPOPuk was chosen as it was programmed and compiled by a group co-ordinated from the UK.
The Global Options dialogue controls overall program behaviour, e.g.:
- How much of the mail items to retrieve from the server
- Whether to save data locally
- Settings for message replies
- Connection/Disconnection Settings
- Audible and Visual Warnings on arrival or mail
- Password Access to the Main Window
- Sorting of mail items in the Main Window
Enhancements:
- Added: Attachments of the type message/rfc822 may be opened directly in nPOPuk (This is type of attachment is generated by nPOPuk when an entire message with its atttachments is forwarded)
- Added: The components of a multipart/digest message are handled seemlessly, as if separate messages
- Added: Ability to shift-click on an attachment listed on the extended Mail View window Edit menu, bypassing the Attached file dialogue
- Changed: The default action is to foward all attachments (other than text/html attachments) that have been fully downloaded.
- Added: The original text may be quoted or sent as an attachment (or both!)
- Added: Messages forwarded as an attachment do include any text/html part.

SpamGrabber was designeD to be an Outlook Add-in that processes emails and sends spam reports to a configurable email address (such as your SpamCop reporting address).
