Save Images 0.5.3 is considered as a smart and useful Firefox extension that allows you to save, in the manner you want, pictures from the net.
Save Images saves the images in the current tab page, from the cache, to a specified location, with either the images original file name or a file name that you specify. You may choose the size and type of your saved images, with options if the file size is unknown or if duplicate files are found. Also, all image links in the current page can be opened in a new tab, as long as the image links are a direct link to an image and not a page containing an image.
Enhancements
- Changed Save Images icon.
- Fixed a spelling mistake in Clear "Use filename" list when Firefox exits (Only works if use "File->Exit").
- Changed the layout slightly which improves the loading speed of the Options box (theme bug).
- Removed the "Example" when typing a filename to use (due to speed issue) (theme bug).
- Fixed bug where moving item up/down in Select Items list caused incorrect URl to be used.
