Main features:
- Compatible will all programs that flash their taskbar button using the FlashWindow(Ex) API.
- The size of the displayed notifications is configurable (up to 13x the normal taskbar button size).
- Only shows flashing windows if the computer has been idle for a configurable number of seconds.
- Does not display notifications if a full-screen application is running (also respects Presentation Settings on Windows Vista).
- Displayed notifications are semi-transparent (with their background blurred when running Aero Glass), and can be activated/dismissed with the mouse.
