This is the Darth Tater Shopping and Price Comparison Search Widget.
Enter a type of product (EX: ROUTERS) or an exact product [EX: LINKSYS WRT54GS ROUTER] and the Price Comparison Widget will search the U.S. BizRate database with an index of approximately 30 million products from more than 60,000 stores, and open the results in a new browser window.
Its similiar to Froogle but the user reviews seem to be better. Their consumer feedback network collects approximately 1 million fresh reviews per month (about 33,000 per day!).
Its only fair to note that I may receive a small traffic commission if you use the tool but it doesnt add to the price of any of the products from any of the 60K stores.
Bizrate will probably make a commission from some of the products you purchase through their site at no additional cost to you.

You enter the two files you want to use (or allow the program to export the current registry to a file) then click compare. The program loads the files into arrays, and compares them.
A log is produced of the actions, to view the changes in any detail, or to perform other actions click Tools once comparison is over and you will enter a console for filter/scanning the arrays, and other actions such as exporting the changes to a .reg file, see screenshot click on small picture to left side.
