Free slow down mp3 music software for windows

Slow Me Down plugin will let you slow down or even speed up the music by stretching it between -50% to 100%. Without changing the pitch!
You can also fine-tune the pitch in cents (100ths of a semi-tone) to suit your instrument.
Note 1: No Winamp DSP plugin works when playing CDs, only when playing mp3, wave files etc.
Note 2: This plugin does not work with Winamp 3 or higher - only works with Winamp 2.

Random Music plays random mp3 tracks from your music collection. It maintains a flat database of tracks, detailed genres, and weights, and generates a weighted random playlist from the user-selected genres.
The ID3 and ID3v2 fields (title/artist/album), detailed genre, and weight (0-9) for the currently-playing track can be edited, and tracks can be removed from the playlist.
For example, a user can select only tracks with a minimum weight of 5 from the subgenres "Pop - 1970s" and "R&B - 1970s", and the playlist will adjust accordingly.

- Playlist entries now include the album name, and selected tracks can be moved up or down.

Slow Clock will slow down your victims clock by 10% (1 sec. every 10 seconds), leading to the clock subtly, but quickly, become inaccurate.
With every passing hour, the clock will be 6 minutes slower and every day will be with 144 minutes behind.

This simple matrix slow-motioin mod installs as an aug. When it is turned on, the game world slows down but you stay at the same speed.
