Traps are sent when errors or specific events occur on the network. SNMP Traps are sent on UDP port 162, and SNMP Trap Watcher allows Traps to be filtered by string or by type (Enterprise specific or Generic). Using the Decode Window, and selecting a specific Trap from the list, a full decode of the Trap can be displayed.
